Pegasus™ FA series semi-automatic wafer probers offer a remarkably versatile probing platform, designed specifically for failure analysis applications, device characterization, DC, low leakage, high voltage, radio frequency, microwave, die probing, low volume wafer probing and ultra-fine geometries at die level.
For testing of high voltage semiconductor power devices, we offer a specially configured solution, the S200FA-HV wafer prober.

Ergonomic controls with joystick and LCD monitor make the Pegasus™ FA series one of the easiest prober platforms on the market.
Quick start up and simple menus allow users to be probing in minutes, whilst intuitive controls ensure that minimal operator training is required. Optional LabMaster™ FA software enables novice and advanced user to design sophisticated test routines.
The FA series probers can be used in ‘local’ or ‘remote’ mode. Thanks to this flexibility, the prober easily integrates with industry standard testers and data acquisition software, such as LabVIEW™.
Precision ball-screws and stepper motors deliver repeatable accuracy over a wide temperature range thanks to Wentworth’s exclusive calibration process.
