Wentworth Laboratories is committed to supporting efforts to act responsibly and stop the COVID-19 virus spreading. An effective business continuity plan has been implemented to assure that we can still provide all our customers and partners with the best possible service while protecting our workforce.
As we are a global equipment supplier we often work remotely. Using digital tools (such as Teams, Skype etc.) to communicate with customers, partners and colleagues is already a part of our daily life and the way we work. Understandably, face to face support is severely restricted at the moment but our service team will use whatever means available to maintain or resolve any issues you may be experiencing. We ask for your patience if the response time is a little longer than usual.
We have also put strict policies in place to protect our production teams. We will do our utmost to avoid any impact to our delivery schedules but we will keep you updated on this. To help us plan, we would request any changes to your own business circumstances or delivery requirements be communicated as soon as possible so we can better plan our production and resources.
