Wentworth's design team is experienced in adapting customer-provided multi-layer organic (MLO) interfaces, also referred to as 'space transformers', for probe card use. Our service bureau can also expertly design multi-layer ceramic (MLC) and wired interfaces, or utilize the direct dock method between the device, probe card and tester.
