Custom PCB designs can accommodate any tester platform by utilizing Wentworth’s in house PCB Design department.

Memory Circuits

Multi-DUT memory cards are available in arrays up to 32 die, in configurations of

4x8 or 2x16 and down to pitches of 80 microns. Please contact a sales representative

for a solution to your requirements.

Logic Circuits

Multi-DUT logic cards are available in x1, x2, diagonal, or 2x2 arrays with a minimum

pitch capability as low as 38 microns, depending upon the DUT configuration

and layout of bond pads. Please contact a sales representative for a solution to
