Wentworth
Laboratories and one of Asia’s leading probe card and LCD
probe products companies, Tokyo Cathode Laboratories (TCL),
have signed an agreement naming TCL the exclusive
distributor of proprietary Accumax® vertical
probe cards for Japan, Singapore and China. Wentworth has
the exclusive right to sell TCL probe card products in the
USA and Europe.
 
Accumax vertical probe card technology
TCL is in
the final stages of equipping its probe card service centers
in Tokyo, Taiwan and Singapore to fully maintain Wentworth
Accumax products, further strengthening customer support in
these key regions.

Taiwan Joint Venture
In a related
move, Wentworth and TCL have agreed to establish a joint
venture in Taiwan. Located in Hsinchu, the JV is chartered
with the sales, service and marketing of Wentworth Accumax
vertical probe cards in Taiwan. The JV will seamlessly
merge Accumax’s powerful performance with dedicated product
support from TCL’s extensive customer service network in
Taiwan.

Laboratories brings state-of-the-art vertical probe card
technology and comprehensive support to customers in
critical Asian semiconductor manufacturing regions. It
