Both vertical probe cards utilize Wentworth's proprietary Saber â Probe contact, a photo-defined and chemically etched contact that is scalable to different probe requirements, and offers outstanding current carrying capability as well as life performance. Accumax and Megamax enable the replacement of individual contacts without major disassembly.
